Product stand amount is linked automatically to the configurator below (number of stands = layout length + pricing).
Cameras (calculated from height)ℹ️
Covered area per camera = (0.209488·e^(1.60518·H) − 6.17256)·0.75, over the store footprint (length × width). The tracking-camera count (ROUND, as in Excel) goes straight into the offer. Uncheck "poles needed" if poles aren't taken.

Product stand configurator — up to 15 stands · 1–8 rows each (Shelf/Hangers, 2–4 slots)ℹ️
Fill the inputs on the left, read the results and price on the right. Only the white fields are editable — grey/disabled fields fill in automatically. Press Esc or click outside to close this guide.
1 · Aisle or Store (top toggle)
What: switches the whole calculator between an Aisle (open corridor, 5 fixed frame lengths) and a Store (a room — 2 fixed sizes or a Custom room). The colour theme changes so you always know which one you're in (Aisle = purple, Store = blue).
When: choose this first, before anything else. Switching resets the model (the two have different size lists) but keeps your region, currency and gate settings.
2 · Model & parameters
Model — pick the frame size. In Store mode choose Custom to type your own Length and Width (a room built with gates, no frame charge).
Length / Width — auto-filled for fixed models; editable only for a Custom store.
Height (mm) — the ceiling height. Why it matters: the number of tracking cameras is calculated from it. Leave 3000 if you don't have a fixed ceiling.
Additional space between units, Coffee machine width, Required countertop — change only if the site needs it; countertop auto-fills from coffee + bakery (type to override).
3 · Gates & screens
Number of gates and Gate type (standard Gate vs Gate GlasStile S).
Gates on short sides (Aisle only) — each gate on a short wall takes 1 m away from the equipment space. In Store mode gates never reduce the space.
Gate ramp — set to Yes when cables must pass under a gate to the other side, i.e. if the customer won't route them another way or under the floor (1 ramp per gate).
22" screens — each screen also adds a floor stand.
4 · Equipment
What: enter how many of each fridge / freezer / bakery / coffee machine. Widths and total length update live and feed the Space & fit check. The Product stand row is filled automatically from the configurator below (you don't type it).
5 · Product stand configurator
How: pick the number of stands → for each stand set the rows (1–8) → then split those rows into shelves / hangers and choose slot widths. Each stand needs a base (1 IQ-box); a stand with more than 6 rows automatically adds one Extra IQ-box.
Default: each new stand starts as 4 shelves + 2 hangers (6 rows), all 4-slot — change any of it as needed.
6 · Cameras
Tracking cameras are calculated from the ceiling height and the footprint — you don't set them.
Surveillance cameras auto-fill from the model but can be overridden.
Poles needed — untick if tracking-camera poles are not taken.
↺ Auto resets width/surveillance to the model defaults without touching the rest.
7 · Region & price
Region / currency — US ($) / EU (€) / SE (kr). Changes prices, currency, article numbers and item names.
Volume prices — tick to use the 6–20 tier for any line with 6 pcs or more.
Installation qty — typed directly in the Installation row (steps of 0.25).
Customer discount — a % applied to the whole offer, shown just above the total.
8 · Reading the results (right side)
Space & fit — FITS ✓ means the equipment fits; OVER shows by how much it's too long.
IQ-boxes → Tech kit — the tool picks Tech Kit 24 or 48 automatically (warns above 48).
Outlets / fuse / kWh — these are what the client must prepare on site.
9 · Saving your work (Saved offers bar)
Your current work auto-saves in this browser — reopening the file resumes where you left off.
Save offer — type a client / project name and save it as a separate offer. Pick it from the dropdown any time to reload; Delete removes it.
Backup all / Import — download every saved offer as one file to move them to another computer or send to a colleague, then Import there.
Saved data lives in this browser on this computer only — it doesn't travel with the .html file. Use Backup/Import to move it.
10 · Exporting to Excel
Export offer — a clean, formatted price sheet for the client: only the items you actually put on the offer (qty > 0).
Export full — the internal workbook: all results, the product-stand breakdown and the full reference price list.
